✨ Breathwork & Soundbath: The Calm Before the Holidays ✨

on Thursday, November 20th, 6:30–8:00 PM for a truly beautiful community experience. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

Take this evening as a chance to pause, breathe, and restore—the calm before the storm of the holiday season.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothes, bring your own yoga mat, and if you wish, add pillows or a throw blanket. (Please note: mats will not be provided.)

PARKING: Convenient parking is available directly under the building.

This gathering is inspired by the recent Palisades, Eaton, and Malibu fires, and serves as a heartfelt invitation for ALL to come together in a space of collective healing, renewal, and connection.

We will begin with guided breathwork to ground and open the body, followed by a deeply restorative soundbath led by Sierra (@soundwithsierra), a Holistic Healing Facilitator. Expect a soothing blend of breath, sound, energy, and stillness designed to calm your nervous system, create clarity, and reconnect you with yourself and your community.

💜 A portion of event proceeds will benefit the California Fire Foundation—a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing emotional and financial assistance to families of fallen firefighters, firefighters, and the communities they protect.

The Jasan Sherman Team is deeply rooted in Santa Monica, not just as real estate professionals but as committed community partners dedicated to giving back. Led by a vision of servant leadership and local stewardship, the team supports youth through sponsoring and volunteering in community sports programs — from donating gear and assisting with fundraising to turning out at games. 

They actively back organizations like Santa Monica Girls Fastpitch, which provides organized softball programs for girls ages 4–14 and relies on community sponsorships.

They also lend support to Santa Monica Little League, which depends on volunteers and sponsorships to run its divisions and All-Star programs. 

Beyond sports, the Jasan Sherman Team participates in civic and park-advocacy initiatives, aligning with the mission of the Santa Monica Great Park Coalition to revitalize and reimagine public spaces in the city through outreach, education, and volunteerism.
